Liverpool star Curtis Jones is stepping into a brand-new role—fatherhood—as he and his partner, Saffie Khan, have announced they’re expecting their first child together.

Saffie confirmed the heartwarming news with a touching Instagram video that documented emotional moments from their journey, including a romantic anniversary trip to Paris, the moment she told Curtis about the pregnancy, and sweet glimpses of ultrasound scans. The video ended with a loving tribute: “to our baby girl,” set to Ed Sheeran’s Photograph, adding to the emotional depth.

The news quickly drew support from Jones’s teammates and friends, including Bobby Clark, Ryan Gravenberch, Stefan Bajčetić, and Morgan Gibbs-White, with whom he shares history from their England youth international days.

Now 23 years old, Jones has made 35 appearances this season, playing a key role in Liverpool’s midfield before an ankle injury forced him out for two months.
