Bryce James makes a bold career move, looking to follow in the record-breaking footsteps of NBA legend LeBron James by returning to his prestigious high school basketball program!️🏀

The youngest son of Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James reportedly returned to the esteemed high school basketball program six months after leaving.

After his sophomore year, Bryce switched to Campbell High School in May.

At the same time, his brother Bronny left Sierra Canyon to attend USC for his first year of college.

He participated in the Section 7 tournament in Arizona and worked out with Chris Paul Jr., the son of Chris Paul, at Campbell High School.

Bryce also played in Nike’s Elite Youth Basketball league during the summer.

According to ESPN, the James family helped build a new sports complex on the Campbell High campus.

But in August, the 6-foot-6 shooting guard was back to work, lending his abilities to Notre Dame, the reigning Division I winners of CIF State.

According to Sports Illustrated, he left the squad after just three months and went back to Sierra Canyon.

Since the James family did not relocate after the 16-year-old enrolled at the Sherman Oaks university in the fall, Bryce would have missed half of the season if he had stayed at Notre Dame.

This isn’t the situation at Sierra Canyon, and since the guard didn’t play in a single game for Notre Dame, he might be able to return to the court as early as this week.

The Trailblazers started the 2023–24 season with three straight wins.

In 12 varsity games for Sierra Canyon as a sophomore, Bryce only averaged 3.8 points per game.

College coaches, however, have kept a careful eye on the athletic prospect’s progress.

Bryce, a four-star talent who will be able to declare for the NBA draft in 2026, has already received offers from Ohio State and Duquesne University.
