To celebrate the opening of Louis, a new Italian-American restaurant and late-night music venue in Manchester’s Spinningfields, on Thursday night, football players, TV celebrities, artists, and industry leaders went out in glitzy fashion.
As she celebrated with her parents and close friends, including events expert Julie Perry, Coleen Rooney set the fashion standard in a black and lace outfit. Ahead of Saturday’s game against Brentford, Man City players Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias, and Ilkay Gundogan, who recently returned, were relaxing after training.
The new restaurant Louis, which pays homage to the iconic New York restaurants in a spectacular manner with deep red velvet interiors, dining booths, and live performances on stage, is the brainchild of the team behind the upscale dining establishments Fenix and Tattu. Additionally, chart-topping artist Ella Eyre astonished guests at the black tie launch party by performing some of her greatest hits, including “Came Here For Love,” in an unexpected performance.
In other places Molly Moorish-Gallagher, Liam Gallagher’s daughter, supported the Manchester restaurant and music venue by having a wild night out with her father’s favorite Manchester City football players. This was the model’s first public appearance following the shocking news of Oasis’ 2025 tour.

At the launch event, Drew Jones, the owner of Louis, and his spouse looked dapper.
Along with Ryan Giggs’ ex-wife Stacey Giggs, Emma, the wife of Man United icon Gary Neville, arrived in their finest attire for a night of live music.
Real Housewives of Cheshire sisters Taylor and Darby Ward, as well as recently single Love Island star and former girlfriend of Joey Essex, Grace Jackson, were among the many members of Manchester’s reality TV royalty there. Jackson danced with sparklers alongside Leah Taylor.
The most prominent figures in Manchester fashion were also there, including Ross Worswick, owner of Couture Club, Nadine Merabi, and Hyrum Cook, CEO of Kim Kardashian’s favorite company, Adanola. Ross looked suave in traditional black tie clothes beside his wife Danielle Fogarty, who is the daughter of I’m A Celebrity winner Carl Fogarty and donned a chic cutout dress.
The partygoers enjoyed classic American cocktails like Manhattans, PB&J Old Fashioneds, and Dirty Martinis, as well as canapés like Caesar salad and beef carpaccio served in lettuce cups, Mac & Cheese balls, and calamari fritti. New York Strip Steak and Louis Wagyu Beef Burger were served next.
Once you enter the velvet-clad hall, there is a stringent “no photo” regulation in effect.
