David Beckham was seen driving up in a flashy McLaren racecar to check out the huge Miami home he just bought for £60 million.
The football great and his wife Victoria spent a lot of money on a beautiful nine-bedroom home that is close to his team, Inter Miami CF, which he co-owns.
The Florida home was built in 2018 and has many beautiful features, such as a chef’s kitchen, private theater, gym, spa, and swimming pool.
Beckham was seen happy for the cameras on Sunday as he drove his new McLaren 750S into the gated community.
As he looked at the house, which has 13 bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen, a rooftop lounge, and 124 feet of shoreline on Biscayne Bay, he seemed calm.
Beckham wore a pink Inter Miami hat, a white T-shirt, black pants, and pink Adidas shoes called “Originals x Lionel Messi Samba,” which are named after the Miami player.
The Beckhams will live next door to Shakira and Barry Gibb of the Bee Gees. The home also has a deck on the water and a mooring for a boat.
Earlier this month, a real estate agent in the area said that the Beckhams’ offer on the house had been accepted. They plan to move in early next year.
The Beckhams have lived in Florida for a long time. In 2020, they spent about £18 million on a five-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a building in downtown Miami.
The couple already owns a home in London’s Holland Park worth £31 million and a country pile in the Cotswolds worth £12 million.

Beckham bought an expansion team in 2014 as part of an option in his contract with the LA Galaxy, the team he used to lead England.
He started the team in Miami in 2018 and then confirmed that its name would be Club Internacional de Futbol Miami or Inter Miami CF. It first played in the MLS in 2020.
The defender who used to play for Manchester United retired in 2013 after 718 games, 127 goals, and 214 assists. English teams used him 115 times.
