The inaugural British Boxing Awards have unveiled an impressive shortlist, celebrating the sport’s most influential figures and achievements from 2024. Set to take place at the iconic Langham Hotel on March 28, 2025, the event will honor individuals across various categories, shining a spotlight on the exceptional talent and contributions within boxing.

Despite facing setbacks in 2024, heavyweights Anthony Joshua (AJ) and Tyson Fury have earned nominations for “Boxer of the Year.” Joshua started the year strong with a dominant victory over Francis Ngannou but suffered a loss to rising star Daniel Dubois in September. Fury, on the other hand, faced Oleksandr Usyk in a dramatic split-decision defeat, with a highly anticipated rematch scheduled for December 21.
