During the session, numerous measurements were taken, and countless photos were captured to create an accurate representation of the football star. Originally intended to be launched for the European Championship 2020, the figure’s debut was delayed due to production challenges caused by the Cоvid-19 pаndemic. Finally, the impressive wax figure of Van Dijk will be exhibited in the sports department of Madame Tussauds Amsterdam. Joining him in the sports section are other notable figures like Lionel Messi, skater Sven Kramer, and kickboxer Rico Verhoeven.
