Lisandro Martinez & Kobbie Mainoo suspended for Arsenal trip after Everton bookings

Kobbie Mainoo’s yellow card in the 49th minute dealt Man United a serious setback against Everton.

In order to prevent the opposition player from scoring, the English midfielder had to bring him down after losing control in his own half.

As a result of his booking, Mainoo has now picked up his fifth booking of the 2024/25 Premier League campaign.

He will now have to serve out a one-game suspension and miss the clash against Arsenal on Wednesday (4 December).

Martinez also got booked for a rough challenge on Beto that could have led to a red card. That was his fifth yellow of the campaign, meaning he’ll miss the Arsenal game too.
