problem is anything more than the cumulative pain of an NBA schedule for a 36-year-old point guard who sees a lot of action. Assuming a comeback on Saturday against the Suns, there will be four days off in between games.After 17 games, the Warriors are 12-5, and Curry is still playing well. For the first time since the 2011–12 campaign, the 36-year-old point guard is playing fewer than 30 minutes per game and averaging 22.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 6.5 assists, and 1.6 steals.

Curry’s shooting splits of 47.5/44.4/95.8 show that he is playing efficient basketball despite a decline in scoring. The Warriors will play the Phoenix Suns and Denver Nuggets on a two-game road trip after hosting the Thunder on Wednesday. Curry would be a huge help in both games.
