The night for those anticipating the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul bout has been anything but satisfying. There have been widespread lagging and internet problems in the US because Netflix couldn’t handle the huge number of viewers for their live event.
As they yell and yank at their hair, fans are trying to figure out what’s wrong with Netflix. As part of his pre-fight interview, Mike Tyson bares his butt.
In anticipation of a historically unprecedented bout, fans wanted to witness the world’s top fighters square off. The unwelcome Netflix loading screen and static frames have begun showing up instead. The glimpse viewers got of Mike Tyson’s butt was the most indicative of Netflix’s bad night of all those still frames.Interviews with Tyson took place in his locker room before his bout. As Tyson began to leave the interview set, the cameraman got a little more than he had asked for just as the cameras returned to the announcers.
Thankfully, the cameraman swiftly knew what he was capturing and zoomed in to crop out Tyson’s cake. But by then, it was already too late. If Netflix wasn’t buffering, then everyone would have watched something they later regretted.
There is no amount of bleach that can erase such memories, and I’m willing to wager that many viewers will long for the person they were before they laid eyes on Tyson’s behind.
