The 66-year-old actor, comedian, and former talk show host is reportedly seeking just under $5.3 million for the contemporary mansion. This price is notably lower than the $11 million he supposedly paid “NCIS” actor Sean Murray for it a little over a year ago, shortly after its initial construction.

Arsenio Hall rose to fame with “The Arsenio Hall Show,” a television program that aired from 1989 to 1994, as well as his roles in the films “Coming to America” and “Harlem Nights.”

Situated on a flat plot of land spanning over a third of an acre, the property features a white stucco and dark brown-trimmed structure with a spacious motor court and a three-car garage, all hidden behind fences and gates.

The two-story living space, encompassing 6,500 square feet, boasts hardwood floors, high ceilings, designer lighting, and floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood glass sliding doors. The residence comprises six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, accessible through 12-foot-tall double entrance doors.

Connected to a living room enhanced by a concealed linear fireplace behind a wood accent wall, a formal dining room opens to a covered terrace, perfect for outdoor entertaining.

The grand entrance features a floating staircase hiding a wine closet. The adjacent gourmet kitchen includes custom cabinets, two large quartz islands with cascading edges, top-of-the-line Thermador appliances, and a walk-in pantry.

Other features of the house include a theater room, a multipurpose room that can function as an office or lounge, a spacious master bedroom upstairs with a marble fireplace, a private balcony, two walk-in closets, and a sizable bathroom with a separate wet room, soaking tub, and shower.

The backyard, adorned with turf, hosts a zero-edge pool, a Jacuzzi with a Baja ledge, a sport court, a barbecue and kitchen setup, and a fire pit. Additionally, there are two guesthouses, one converted into a gym, along with Control4 automation and solar panel systems.
