LeBron James transformed into a character from God of War to celebrate the success of God of War Ragnarok

James is jubilant over the tremendous success that God of War Ragnarok has achieved. After an almost five-year delay, the highly anticipated PlayStation game was released earlier this month. It was officially declared shortly before the release of the PlayStation 5 in 2020, providing Sony with ample opportunity to generate interest, although it was not entirely necessary. Following the previous game’s exceptional performance, fans were already anticipating this one, so when Sony remained silent for almost an entire year and then reiterated that silence once more prior to the game’s 2022 release, individuals were completely bewildered. Many were so frantic for news that any extended period of time without it caused some to fear that the outcome of the game would be negative.

God of War Ragnarok has now debuted to phenomenal critical acclaim, numerous award nominations, and is the PlayStation exclusive with the quickest sales ever. Sony was ecstatic about the game’s success in its first week, with over 5.1 million copies sold, and one more essential individual is joining in the festivities. LeBron James, dressed as Kratos, took to Twitter to express his delight at the triumph of God of War Ragnarok. In a recent God of War: Ragnarok advertisement, the NBA sensation appeared alongside John Trevolta and Ben Stiller. The three celebrities engaged in group therapy with their children, drawing a parallel to the challenges Kratos faces with his son Atrues. The humorous advertisement garnered considerable attention, and it appears that LeBron James might be a devotee of the series after all.

Beyond this, LeBron James has not commented on the game, but it is fantastic to see a significant superstar supporting one of the most important games of 2022. It is currently unknown which trophy Sony will bring home from The Game Awards the following week. Additionally, the release date of the next God of War installment is unknown; however, it appears Sony Santa Monica will proceed with caution once more.
