Next month, Jake Paul will square off against one of the greatest boxers of all time, but he has taken time away from his preparation to fulfill his uncle responsibilities.
After his brother Logan’s baby was born with his fiancée Nina Agdal, he posted pictures of himself celebrating with his niece.
Logan, 29, and Nina, 32, announced the birth of their daughter Esme Agdal-Paul on Instagram last month while still in the hospital. Jake is already savoring his new role as an uncle, posting photos of himself holding the child less than a month before a violent altercation with Mike Tyson.
“I’m an uncle,” Fans flooded the Instagram comment area with happy words after Jake posted. Uncle Jakey has a unique style of hitting,” one admirer commented.
Another person replied, “I’m so proud of you guys.” In an exhibition fight that will be live broadcast on Netflix, Tyson and Jake Paul will square off on November 15 at the 80,000-seat AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
The fight between the former heavyweight champion and Paul, 27, was rescheduled from July to later in the summer due to Tyson’s medical scare in May and ongoing concerns about his health.
Given that it doesn’t appear like Jake’s brother Logan and Nina are going to stop having babies, Jake will need to adjust to life as an uncle.
Logan stated earlier this year that they hope to have “two boys and a girl,” indicating that they still have two male children to complete.
Following a traumatic period caused by the actions of Dillon Danis, one of Logan’s previous MMA opponents, their idealistic family goal is realized.
In the weeks leading up to the fight, Danis, who was declared ineligible after trying two jiu-jitsu takedowns in his boxing match against Paul on October 14, regularly made fun of Agdal on X (previously Twitter). The mixed martial arts celebrity posted a number of lewd photos of his opponent’s fiancée, some of which seemed to have been altered, along with images of her getting close to past boyfriends.
A little more than a month prior to the bout, he escalated his personal jabs by sharing a video of Agdal talking about her sex desires with his one million followers.
“I have another really amazing photo of Nina, and I think it’s even better than the last one. This girl is really crazy,” Danis exclaimed. “Logan, you have to end this marriage right now on a manly level.”
The constant attacks resulted in Agdal being given a restraining order.
In response, Agdal filed a lawsuit against Danis, alleging that her partner’s prospective rival had made more than 250 ‘despicable’ comments about her online.
Singling up one specific post from August 11 that broke both federal and state law, the Sports Illustrated model accused him of ‘humiliation, emotional pain, and reputational harm’.
On the other hand, Danis claimed in court that his constant troll attacks against Agdal were intended to be humorous and that the photos are publicly accessible online.
