Anthony Davis’s rise from an obscure high school player to NBA superstar is a tribute to tenacity and hard work.

Many people were curious about how Davis would spend his first sizable salary after signing an amazing $23,198,010 contract with the New Orleans Hornets. Davis recently provided insight into those decisions.

Like many successful sportsmen, Davis used his newfound fortune to put his family and personal goals first.

He disclosed in a recent “Join the Lobby” podcast episode that his mother’s house was his first big purchase.After signing his contract, Davis took part in the 2012 Summer Olympics and then went back to New Orleans to find himself a cozy condo.

When it came time to treat himself, Davis chose a 2011 Bentley GT SuperSport, which was his ideal vehicle. He revealed, “It’s all white with a red interior.”

Davis’s enthusiasm for cars didn’t end there. He has amassed an amazing collection over the years, valued at over $1.4 million.

According to Club Alfa, his garage is home to customized German cars such a Mercedes-Benz S550, a GLS, and an elite Maybach S-Class.Davis also owns a Ferrari California and two Porsches: a Panamera and a 911 Carrera GTS.
