Magic Johnson’s $11.5 million mansion in Los Angeles, California’s Moraga Estates is described in this article.
For $600,000, Johnson bought the 1981-built home, the year after winning his first NBA championship with the Los Angeles Lakers. Johnson lived in the lavish 10,666-square-foot home until 1990. The five-time NBA champion then made the decision to sell the mansion for $2 million in order to finance the purchase of a new home. Nancy Ellin, a real estate sales representative, currently owns the mansion. She paid $4.4 million for the estate in 2004. Ellin initially listed the property for an outrageous $14.5 million. Then, when there was no interest, she lowered the asking price to $11.5 million.
