After his heroics in both the Los Angeles and Barcelona Olympics, the 36-year-old point guard added another gold medal to his collection. ‘MJ’ now boasts not one, but two gold medals.

The two basketball greats, Curry and Jordan, may have disagreed on which sport is more difficult to play, but they agree on which one is the most difficult.

How Michael Jordan's basketball workouts were based on his golf

Interestingly, instead of playing basketball, they both chose to play golf.It is “the hardest game to play,” according to Jordan, and “the hardest sport to master,” according to Curry.

“I kind of got into golf mainly because from a competitive standpoint to me, it is the hardest game to play,” the 61-year-old stated.

Golf is like playing in a mirror; I can always react to an opponent, whether they’re defensive or offensive.

You’re constantly fighting against yourself in an effort to achieve perfection. With each hit. With each step.

Even when I’m not playing basketball, that keeps my competitive spirit alive, which is essential for someone as competitive as me.

This game drives me absolutely bonkers when I don’t have it. I go fishing when I’m not playing golf because the patience I need to be patient when fishing will help me immensely on the golf course.”There are many reasons why I love golf,” Curry, an enthusiastic golfer, continued. Obviously, I have a competitive personality, and I consider it to be one of the most challenging sports to become good at. The pros on the PGA tour probably feel this way all the time; they’re already at the top of their game, yet there’s always room for improvement.

Thus, for me, there has always been something new I wanted to attempt ever since I first held a club. I aimed for a higher score. Obviously, the fact that it is a humbling sport is another reason why people keep coming back.
