Ayesha Curry, Stephen Curry’s wife, was overcome with emotion following a confrontation with French authorities involving their infant child.
Hollywood Fix video of Ayesha sobbing as her mother-in-law Sonya had an angry altercation with Paris police officers followed Curry and Team USA’s victory against host France in the men’s basketball final.
Their fourth kid, Caius Chai, was delivered prematurely in May, and Sonya is heard screaming that someone touched him. What caused the incident is still unknown. During the whole ordeal, Caius is seen holding Ayesha. Another player who claims someone smacked the infant boy’s head is Draymond Green, who is a colleague of Curry’s on the Golden State Warriors.
It seems that the fact that the Currys and Green were being physically restrained from returning to their vehicle is contributing to the problem.According to Sonya, “Look, they won’t let us go back over there where we came from” in the video. “They are not allowing the driver to come here, and they are not allowing us to return to that location.”
‘Sorry about the infant.’ That’s when the man starts interpreting for the cops. PThough the 36-year-old Curry was invisible in the film, Green more than held his own without the Olympic gold medalist.
‘So, there’s still no way to rescue them from this place, even after he whacked the infant on the head?’ “What do you think?” Green inquired.
Sonya yells out to those off-camera at one point, asking, “What?” Give me a break. We could really use your help with the infant.
Sonya tells the police, “Let us get to our car,” after she has sobbed a few times.
Ayesha keeps her mouth shut the whole while the confrontation is going on, even though she’s obviously crying.
No public statement has been made by the couple on the incident.
Along with his mother, Curry’s second kid Canon may be seen in the film wearing an American flag.
