During the White Marlin Open in Ocean City, the 61-year-old Jordan was photographed with his crew on the yacht. He had just returned from a holiday in Europe.’
The contest begins on August 9 and continues for four days. As of Tuesday night, Jordan’s squad appeared to have caught the tournament’s largest Mahi Mahi. The current status of his Catch 23 vessel indicates that Patrick Fields was the successful angler, as he had caught a mahi weighing 32.5lbs. He made the catch with just 45 minutes left on day two, according to delmarvanow.com.
Despite Jordan’s reported net wealth of $3.2 billion, the $8 million prize cash is little change for the contending teams.
The airport in Salisbury is just 30 miles from Ocean City, so it seems like Jordan took a private plane there on Sunday night.
One breathtaking yacht is Jordan’s Catch 23. It can reach a top speed of 40 knots and can carry a crew of two in addition to eight passengers.
It apparently costs somewhere about $800,000 to run annually, and it was built in 2018. It weighs 103 tonnes. A 216 square foot cockpit is also supposedly available for deep fishing.
Every year since 1974, fishermen from all over the world have flocked to Maryland for the White Marlin Open.
With Dwight Freeney’s induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Jordan was also seen celebrating last weekend in Canton, Ohio.Golf Digest reports that Freeney has been a regular at the Grove XXIII, Jordan’s ultra-exclusive, invite-only golf course in Hobe Sound, Florida.
