Dancing reflects our energy and resiliency, whether it’s for a celebration, a milestone, or just for fun. Since then, he has started working as a reporter.
Klay Thompson’s exit, according to Draymond Green, has given the Warriors more options.Klay Thompson left the Golden State Warriors, where he averaged 19.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 2.3 assists per game, to join the Dallas Mavericks. He was an NBA champion four times and an All-Star five times.
On the “Club 520 Podcast,” Draymond Green talked about Thompson’s departure and said it freed the Warriors from a lot of financial restrictions and opened up a lot of opportunities.
“Klay simply lifted this company out of the financial difficulties it was about to encounter, and no one will ever give him credit for it. Nobody will admit it, yet he continued to work for the organization. No one will claim that his departure was due to unhappiness—after all, he wasn’t exactly the happiest last year—”stated Green.
Thompson averaged 17.9 points and shot 38.7 percent from three-point range in 77 games during the 2023–24 season, his final one with Golden State. It was his first season with a point total under 20 since 2013–14.
He shot 0–10 from the field in his final game with the Warriors, a Play-In Tournament contest against the Sacramento Kings.
