The NBA superstar refuted a query regarding his retirement following the elimination of the Los Angeles Lakers from the postseason.

Recently, LeBron uploaded an Instagram video showcasing his training regimen, accompanied by the caption “Always grinding.”

Two sets of 12 to 15 repetitions of the following exercises comprise a “Full Body Blitz”: Standing Alternating Push-Pull, Middle Chest Fly, Standing Pallof Press, and Reverse Fly.

Additionally, he performs a Resisted Calf Raise, Split Squat, Single-Arm Single-Leg RDL, and Romanian Deadlift (RDL) for two sets of 10 to 12 repetitions.

LeBron frequently listens to music while exercising, with a particular preference for hip-hop genres.
