The former Washington Wizard, who spent ten years with the team until being transferred in June, has just listed his opulent property in the D.C. region for $10 million.

 

 

 

 

The NBA All-Star guard paid $7.8 million for the lavish spread in 2019, acquiring it straight from the developer, according to property records. Situated on two acres, the property spans over 13,500 square feet and features six ensuite bedrooms along with nine baths.
