Shortly after the Warriors vs. Magic game began, Draymond Green was removed for disagreeing with the referee

On Wednesday, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Orlando Magic 101–93 on the road before veteran player Draymond Green was sent off after less than four minutes. This is the 34-year-old’s second outrageous act in the past 24 hours that occurred less than five minutes into a game.

After receiving a personal foul early on, Green started yelling at NBA referee Ray Acosta. Things quickly got out of hand when a few plays later, Warriors star Stephen Curry was called for a shooting foul. Green seemed to yell at Acosta in response to the ruling, which prompted the referee to call a technical foul. Green kept screaming in the official’s face despite the whistle. With eight minutes left in the first quarter, he was fouled again, sending him to the locker room.
