Curry used to reside in an Athertons home situated on 1.18 acres, measuring just 7,535 square feet. He currently resides in a considerably larger home in the most expensive zip code in the nation. According to Front Office Sports, Curry sold his old house to Forbes millionaire Florence Li for $31.2 million by the end of 2021.That is $1.2 million more than what he paid for his new 17,761-square-foot home in December 2020.

 

The four-time NBa champion owns his present home and resides on a 1.7-acre lot in Atherington.It features a movie theater, a bar, a wine shop, a swimming pool, a sundeck, and seven beds.The story describes the master bedroom as having a fireplace, a wet bar, and a marble bathtub.The home doesn’t feel cramped because of its vaulted ceilings and several large windows that let in plenty of natural light and connect the interior to the beautiful surroundings.
