NBA player Patrick Beverley owns an opulent home that is outfitted with expensive furnishings

The controversial NBA guard Patrick Beverley was let go by the Los Angeles Lakers following a mid-season shakeup that occurred during the trade deadline. In February, the three-time member of the NBA All-Defensive Team joined the Chicago Bulls. As a result of this move, Beverley just listed his opulent Encino, California apartment for rent.

At a whopping $23,000 per month, prospective tenants have been interested in this stunning 5,264-square-foot condominium with five bedrooms. Built in 2020, the house boasts an expansive and airy design, high vaulted ceilings, distinctive tilework, and wood and marble floors throughout. The opulent house also features an advanced security system and surround sound speakers.

The chef’s kitchen is equipped with custom cabinets, a pantry, modern stainless-steel appliances, and a large central island with a prep sink and breakfast bar. Sliding glass doors in the breakfast area open to a beautiful terrace.

Sliding glass doors that open to a covered swimming area, built-in bookcases, and a gorgeous stone fireplace characterize the family room, which is adjacent to the kitchen.

The apartment has three bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms on the ground floor. The main suite features two walk-in closets with built-in shelving, a fireplace with a tile surround, white wood beamed ceilings, and a sliding glass door that opens to a private balcony. The suite even has a refrigerator and an espresso maker so you can enjoy a quick cup of coffee in the morning on the balcony. Similar to the master bathroom, the primary bathroom boasts unique tilework, dual vanities, a custom cabinet, accent lighting, and a separate soaking tub.

In addition, there is a guest cottage with a 3/4 bath by the pool, a jacuzzi, and a family theater on the grounds. Beverley spent $3.78 million for the home in April 2021 while he was a player for the Los Angeles Clippers.
The 34-year-old Beverley plans to depart the Bulls following the 2023 campaign in order to pursue freelancing. After having an incredible 11-season NBA career as a tough guard and fearsome opponent, Beverley is considering the possibility of making an impression with a new team this summer. If he decides to stop playing, he may consider landing a job hosting a well-liked sports talk program.
