Lakers News: Did D’Angelo Russell Just Take A Jab At Darvin Ham?

Your Los Angeles Lakers lost their second straight game against the Utah Jazz on the road on Saturday night.

Los Angeles lost another winnable game, 132-125. There are no moral wins, particularly for the Lakers, but D’Angelo Russell was the bright point in this game. Russell scored 39 points on 15/26 shooting and played 41 minutes in the defeat.

D-Lo began and placed the Lakers in the greatest position to win. This performance was insufficient since Anthony Davis and LeBron James didn’t perform.

It was another disappointing sight. D-Lo talked to Jovan Buha of The Athletic after the game and may have criticized Darvin Ham.

Last game D-Lo and guard Austin Reaves began together and worked was November 8th. Saturday’s defeat saw the backcourt combination shoot 22-for-34, 64.7%. We didn’t win, but that dup performed well. Ham doesn’t think so since the two haven’t played much.

Anthony Davis, LeBron James, Jarred Vanderbilt, Austin Reaves, and D’Angelo Russell, who led this club to the Western Conference finals, have played just 4 minutes in 2023-2024. Ham deserves the anger for 1005 on him.

Russell deserves credit for throwing a job at Ham. Ham is branching out from what worked for the Lakers. That’s just one of LA’s issue, but Ham’s return to that lineup may help.

We won’t know because Darvin won’t take his mind off his you-know-what. Observe Ham’s gradual dismantling of this team without relaxing or enjoying.

Salute D-Lo!
