Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal Listed His $2.5 Million Bell Canyon Mansion on Instagram

Shaquille O’Neal is selling his house in an unusual fashion.

The 47-year-old retired basketball player posted on Instagram on Monday that he was selling his mansion in the Bell Canyon area of Los Angeles and included a real estate listing and video tour of the lavish home.

I’m selling my house in Bell Canyon, California, he captioned the photo.

O’Neal claims that the home’s 5,217 square feet of space and acre of land are complemented by its five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

“It’s in a premier cul-da-sac offering privacy,” he said. “It’s an open floor plan with a two story foyer leading to a formal living room with vaulted beam ceilings off a formal living room with porcelain flooring and chef’s kitchen.”

The ex-NBA player also mentioned that the kitchen has “marble countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances.”

“The first floor has a family room, dinning room, wine closet, wet bar, media room, laundry room, office and a bedroom,” according to him. “Upstairs has a the master bedroom and three additional bedrooms.”

A recreation center, fitness facility, and tennis court are all within easy walking distance of the property.

He then wrote, “It can be all yours for $2.5M,” and provided an email address for “SERIOUS buyers” to get in touch with him.

The modern home, which is located in a secure gated community, features an open floor plan and showcases basketball memorabilia and artwork honoring Shaq’s tenure with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Kitchen features marble countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances; second living area features a tribute to Hussle.

The den has a fireplace and a portrait of 2Pac for added coziness.

The backyard of this beautiful house features a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a fire pit, and plenty of seating.

The mansion was constructed in the 1990s, and O’Neal paid $1,815,000 for it in 2018. Even though he put it up for sale in November of 2019, he didn’t actively promote it on social media until February of that year.

The spоrtsmаn hаs suddenly begun prоmоting the sаle оn his Instаgrаm, but it is nоt аppаrent why.

The listing is held by The Agency’s Emil Hartoonian and Nicholas Siegfried.
