LeBron James, the renowned forward of the Los Angeles Lakers, is famous for going all out on Halloween. His newly unveiled spooky costumes, which he and his wife Savannah showcased today, are truly remarkable.

This year, the Lakers’ star dressed up as Beetlejuice, while Savannah portrayed Miss Argentina (or more accurately, Miss Akron, Ohio 2023) from the movie. Tim Burton’s 1988 film revolves around a recently deceased couple who, as ghosts haunting their former home, enlist the help of Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton), a mischievous “bio-exorcist” from the underworld, to scare away the new residents. At one point, Miss Argentina (also known as The Receptionist and Miss Receptionist) appears at the waiting room window in the Underworld.

Alec Baldwin and Winona Ryder also play roles in the film.

Recently, the movie was adapted into a hit musical that has been touring the United States since last December. Over the next 18 months, the musical will also visit Brazil, Sweden, and Australia. LeBron James is so dedicated to Halloween that he goes beyond just dressing up. Last year, James documented the spectacular holiday display at his home on social media, featuring a life-size Pennywise statue, a doll named Annabelle, and a life-size Michael Myers from the Halloween films.

Given LeBron’s enthusiasm for Halloween and the Lakers having no game that night, the only question is whether the James family will be handing out king-sized candy bars to trick-or-treaters.
