The Los Angeles Times reported that NBA All-Star Anthony Davis sold his trophy property in Westlake Village, California, for $6.6 million. The Los Angeles Lakers centre surrendered the game. According to realtor.com, the enormous property was last sold in 2018 for $7,479,000.
Davis reportedly acquired the property while still a member of the New Orleans Pelicans. The following spring, he endeavoured to sell the home for approximately $8 million.
He reduced the price to $7.5 million in October, and it sold at the end of the year for even less, leaving Davis with a rare real estate loss.
The 15,815-square-foot home in the guard-gated North Ranch Country Club Estates features five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. Over the years, the 1996-built contemporary Mediterranean has been expanded and renovated.
