As Nike’s most prominent athlete, Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James recently announced the release of his twenty-first signature footwear. His lifetime contract ensures that Nike will release a multitude of LeBron models with new concepts each year for the foreseeable future. Recently, Nike announced the imminent release of two new colorways of the Nike LeBron 21.
This holiday season, Nike will release a variety of basketball footwear, including new and retro editions of iconic signature models from players such as LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and the late Kobe Bryant. Nike recently announced that LeBron’s fourth footwear, the Nike LeBron 4, will return in a classic colorway. Nike announced two additional colorways for LeBron’s latest model a week later. The first combination is named “Akoya,” after a particular species of mollusk that produces pearls. The shoe’s design was inspired by James’ daughter, Zhuri, and resembles the oyster’s shell. Pearl-white uppers with vibrant orange accents on the insignia and heel of the shoe. Light /Campfire Orange-Celestine Blue-Pink Rise-Dark Russet is the official color code. They will be released on September 28, 2023, and will cost $200 each. They will be available on the Nike SNKRS app and at all Nike retailers.
