Take a look inside Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union’s $212M Miami Beach mansion

The $22-π“‚π’Ύπ“π“π’Ύπ‘œπ“ƒ price is less than the $32.5 π“‚π’Ύπ“π“π’Ύπ‘œπ“ƒ he was seeking for the oceanfront mansion but more than twice the $10.645 π“‚π’Ύπ“π“π’Ύπ‘œπ“ƒ he paid in 2010. The three-time NBA champion built a 12,000-square-foot estate with a wine cellar, movie theater, pool, cabana, and dock.

The Mediterranean-style two-story home has a large, covered entrance, verdant courtyard, and rustic interiors with vaulted ceilings and hardwood flooring. Both floors contain bay windows.

The estate features six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and a master suite with a patio and salon. The beachfront backyard contains a spiral staircase, playground, and basketball court in Miami Heat colors.

Wade, 39, made 13 All-Star teams in 16 NBA seasons. Miami Heat’s 2009 scoring champion won three NBA championships. He retired in 2019 and acquired Utah Jazz stock this year.
