Anthony Davis Buys $31M Bel Air Mansion
Anthony Davis acquired a Los Angeles house a few months after signing a $190 million Lakers contract. The Chicago native paid a staggering amount for a property in Bel Air Crest, a guard-gated area on the highlands between Bel Air and the San Fernando Valley, according to The Real Deal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


Bel Air Crest includes 200 Mediterranean-style residences with driveway gates. While developing their Hidden Hills mega-mansion, Gordon Ramsay, Kathy Gryphon, Kim Kardashian, and Kanye West stayed at Bel Air Crest.
Public records 𝕣𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝 Davis spent $31 million on his new house and borrowed $20,1 million. His address wasn’t mentioned. The neighborhood’s largest and most expensive home is a 20,000-square-foot estate on a 3.5-acre peninsula overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.
The local Changs erected the eight-bedroom, nine-and-a-half-bathroom mansion in 2010, according to property records.

Ted Foxman, a semiconductor pioneer turned real estate developer, acquired the symmetrical building for $10 million in 2016. It is an International-style, European-influenced chateau fusion White House.

Foxman spent M refurbishing the property’s magnificent interiors and gardens.

Foxman added vivid colors and parked an aqua Porsche 356 in the living room. Last year, Elle Decor photographed Lonni Paul, a LA interior designer.
The double-height vestibule’s large dome resembles a solarium. One of the many little rooms is a guitar jam room. Despite its size, the property’s major attractions are the stunning view and Olympic-quality 120-foot pool.

The poolside cabana, limitless grass, and full-size tennis court are noteworthy delights.Davis acquired a Westlake Village home in 2018 for $7.5 million and sold it in 2020 for a million-dollar loss.

Foxman, who more than tripled his money on the Bel Air sale to Davis—before taxes and repair expenses—downsized to a $13.8 million Encino property with a basketball court and 13,000 square feet of living space.
